They come either directly from the manufacturer, an authorized retailer that purchases directly from the manufacturer, or a distributor of that brand. Products that have an expiration date will not expire for at least 1-3 years unless specified with a discontinued item.
Returns/Refunds: Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. For that reason we offer a hassle-free money back guarantee should you be displeased with your order or if we have made a mistake with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened skincare items and we do not accept returns on Obagi skincare items.
